Insurer wants suit against listeria from Blue Bell investors


Law360 (June 4, 2021, 8:17 p.m. EDT) – Two units of Travelers have taken Blue Bell Creameries to Texas federal court, claiming they did not have to cover the ice cream maker in a shareholder lawsuit over its Alleged failure to prevent the 2015 Listeria outbreak which caused a massive recall of Blue Bell ice cream.
